Let’s “flock together” and paint some of our flying friends. We will begin by painting a variety of species perched along a wire. Then we will get our ducks in a row by painting a Mom leading her brood to the lake. We can create a pair of cardinals or a flashy rooster, time permitting. Learn a variety of techniques to convey the shapes, colours and texture of feathers. Using transparent watercolour and a little ink, we will bring out the personalities of our feathered friends. Step by step demonstrations along with group and personal feedback will enhance our time together. Materials list found on our website, under “Classes & Workshops”. nancynewmanart.com
