HVAC MEMBERS CHOICE EXHIBITION

WHERE:  Neilson Park Creative Centre - Art Space Connect and Parkview Galleries. 

WHEN:  November 3 - 21, 2026

ENTRY DEADLINE: Wednesday, October 14

PAINTING TAKE-IN:  Monday, November 2, 9:30 - 10:30 AM

END OF SHOW PICK-UP:  Sunday, November 22, 9:30 - 10:30 AM

REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER:

  • Membership with Humber Valley Art Club and NPCC.

  • Your own original work in any media.  Paintings of a teacher’s photo reference or demo are not permitted as they are deemed to be the instructors’ composition.  

  • Your entries cannot have been previously exhibited at Neilson Park Creative Centre.

ENTRY FEES: 

  • You may submit up to three paintings for a non-refundable fee of $10 per painting.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

  • You may pay by e-transfer to hvartclubpayments@gmail.com.  You must indicate  “Members Choice Show” in the message section. 

  • OR, you may pay by cheque made out to “Humber Valley Art Club”.  Include your printed name on the cheque.  Bring or mail your cheque by envelope to this address:  HVAC Show, Neilson Park Creative Centre, 56 Neilson Drive, Etobicoke, M9C 1V7

  • You may have the option of emailing the printed information for your paintings (your name, painting titles, medium, value, for sale/or not for sale) to the following email address: alun.morgan@sympatico.ca

  • Each painting must have TWO LABELS - one attached to the BACK of the painting (lower left corner), and one attached on the FRONT (upper left corner).

  • Do not tape labels on the glass, only on the painting frame.

  • Do not use double-sided tape or scotch tape.  Green or blue masking tape is best as it has a low tack and does not leave a residue.

  • If you have 3 paintings, write “Painting 3” on a copy of one of the labels.
