Class/Workshop Policies

Refunds and Cancellations

Full refunds are available with 2+ weeks e-mail notice to the Registrar. 

We do not prorate fees for Monday classes or Wednesday workshops if you are unable to attend the full session.

Please register early to secure your spot. We confirm participation numbers with our teachers 2 weeks prior to classes or workshops beginning.  

If any course is cancelled due to low enrolment, a full refund will be issued. 

Weather Cancellations

Check your email before heading to class in the event of bad weather. 

A make-up class will be scheduled on Zoom (not refunded) if a class is cancelled due to bad weather.

Teacher Illness

An email will be sent to notify students if a teacher is ill. 

A make-up class will be scheduled on Zoom (not refunded). 

Student Illness

We care for each other, so please stay home if you are not well.

Waitlists

Please ask the Registrar to join a waitlist if a class or workshop series is full. Changes happen and we do our best to accommodate our students.

Photos

Please note that we occasionally take photos of our classes, shows and events for the purpose of promoting our club. If you prefer to not be included in photos, please let us know when you register.
